About
Welcome to the world of Parisian elegance and style! I am BISHI, a passionate fashion stylist based in the heart of Paris, the fashion capital of the world.
I am originally from India and based in Paris for the past 25 years. I started presenting my creations during several fashion shows in India as well as in Paris.
I am working as a consultant for an international pharmaceutical company, I remain in permanent contact with the world of art and fashion. A diligent and prolific fashion designer and painter, I devote a large part of my free time to developing and creating my creations between India and France.
Enriched by my past experiences, I prepared a new collection: Somewhere between “India” and “France” (Quelque Part entre « Inde » et « France ».). Through each of my personal creations, I tried to highlight the different Indian regions, whose fabrics come from a wide variety of traditions.
The main element of the project, the fashion show will present an original collection of some seventy garments, thirty-five models for women and thirty-five models for men. All these clothes were created from fabrics that I chose during a trip to India. They are mainly traditional clothes, but also contemporary creations created especially for the show, and which combine inspirations Indian and Western.
I particularly want to highlight each dress representative of different Indian regions. The public will thus be able to immerse themselves in these traditions, represented and illustrated as well by the shades, patterns and colors (in golds and oranges), as by the texture of the fabrics (mainly silk), the jewelry and accessories or music again. All these elements will have been carefully selected so that the parade creates a unique atmosphere and constitutes a moment of discovery and joyful, aesthetic and colorful intercultural sharing.
